Note:

• Maharajas’ Express package is for accommodation in double or twin bedded cabins with en-suite bathrooms and is inclusive of all meals, soft beverages, house brands of wines, beer and spirits.
• This Luxury Train Tariff also includes the butler service, Para-medic services on-board, guided off-tour excursions as illustrated in the journeys, inclusive of entrance fees, still camera fee, transport and services of a guide & porterage at stations.
• Maharajas’ Express Fare shall not include any optional tours as mentioned in the itinerary, taxes, insurance, gratuities, telephone calls, laundry, non-house pour drinks, video & professional still camera fees.
• Maharajas’ Express booking shall not include arrival and departure transfers, air tickets, Pre and post tour accommodation and any tour extensions, unless specifically mentioned as part of the journeys.

Booking Procedure:

• Advise preferred date of Journey & Cabins required-to check availability.
• To Process Booking: we require Names, Sex, Nationality of all the passengers & Date of Birth of Children < 12 yrs. (if any travelling with you).
• Booking will be confirmed on receipt of Advance Deposit of 30% Amount of published ticket value (inclusive taxes).
• Balance Amount must reach us at least 70 days before tour depart.
• If booking request made less than 70 days before tour depart-we require One time Full(100%) tour amount to confirm booking.
• To Issue e-travel Documents, we require Passport copies of all the passengers & Reservation Form.
• Payment can be made either by Online Credit Card Authorization OR Bank Wire swift Transfer.

Cancellation Terms:

• Royal Indian Trains is authorized Booking Agent of IRCTC (Principal Train Operator) & it’s liability is limited to that of Booking Agent Only.
• All request for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by us.
• Minimum 30% of Ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if request received more than 62 days prior to train tour departure.
• Minimum 55% of Ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if request received between 61 to 47 days prior to train tour departure.
• Full 100% of Ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if request received less than 47 days prior to train tour departure.
• Overseas Refunds for cancellation of train tour booking, are governed by Reserve Bank Of India rules & require paperwork from your end.
• Where passenger makes request for refund due to self cancellation, it will be governed as per foreign exchange rules of RBI Bank and the process may take 4 to 6 weeks after documentation as per RBI guidelines is received & Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to deduct Minimum US$ 200 as service charges at time of refund.
• IRCTC(Principal Tour Operator of Maharajas Express) reserves the right to cancel a scheduled train depart, due to in-sufficient bookings & Royal Indian Trains cannot be held liable to bear incidental costs of Indian Visa, Flight & Hotel Cancellation fee etc in such a case.
• Request for train tour cancellation due to increase of taxes/tariff by IRCTC authorities will be governed by cancellation rules.
• No refund will be made in case of no-show Or self-curtailment of journey.
• At times, due to local logistics if Train tour Manager is forced to cancel certain scheduled sightseeing tours Or activities, at short notice - No refund will be made to passenger to compensate for this.

Important:

• Disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi(India) only.
